Listing Description

Proper fudge. hand made in York by artisan confectioner Roy Dean. Also known as ‘that fudge guy’.

He makes it by hand in the traditional way in his little kitchen in York. using a pan, on a stove, with skill and patience.

He sells it from his busy stall on York’s historic Shambles Market on Monday, Thursday and Friday every week. And at special events across North Yorkshire. And by mail order.

It’s rather good.

 

Monday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
