‘Spring Sale’ at Penkridge Market…

Penkridge Market have announced today that they will be holding a fantastic ‘Spring Sale’ on Wednesday 22nd and Saturday 25th March with over 100 market stalls selling everything from clothes, handbags and jewellery, to plants, books and hardware. The Market will run from 9am to 3pm, and with free admission and free parking, it’s a great free day out for all the family.

A wide range of products will be in the sale, including clothes and handbags; reading glasses; garden ornaments and ink cartridges, to name but a few!

Matt Williams, Manager of Penkridge Market said:

“We realise that people love going to the sales and therefore started running our ‘Spring Sale’ a couple of years ago, as we felt it was the one thing our customers miss out on, when all the High Street shops are promoting their sales. Market prices are obviously always very competitive, but we realise that people want to save as much as they can. So we hope everyone will come down and support the sale, so we can continue making it an annual event.”

The Market plays host to a variety of stall holders selling everything from local cheeses, breads and pickles to candles, antiques and pet supplies to name but a few.

The Market will also be holding a special Bank Holiday Market and Car Boot Sale, on Monday the 17th April, where you can find even more bargains and earn yourself some money by turning your unwanted possessions into cash.

Penkridge Market is situated in the centre of Penkridge, and is signposted off the A449. It is easily accessible from Junction 12 of the M6 and is only 6 miles from Stafford; 7 miles from Cannock and 10 miles from Wolverhampton (postcode ST19 5AP). Admission and parking is free.
