Kirsty Flatt spent the Sunday of the August Bank Holiday visiting this award-winning food and drink festival to see what makes it so special.

The festival, which began in 2006 continues to grow and exceed expectations, with over 267,000 visitors this year.

The four-day event included demonstrations from local and celebrity chefs, music across two stages, outside bars, street entertainment and not forgetting the 200+ traders selling fabulous produce. You could dedicate the entire magazine to the event, here’s some highlights:
