Why did you choose Fleetwood Market as a base for your business?
“The indoor setting is a great place to trade as shoppers can enjoy the heated halls whatever the weather. The 4 day a week opening pattern also works well for our business giving us a good balance to fulfil orders from home when the market is closed.”
What’s the best thing about being a market trader?
“We have previous experience at market trading and would definitely say the freedom to be your own boss and making your own decisions is high on our list. We’re proud of our client base too with around 90% of our business coming from returning customers. People travel from Scotland and London to buy gifts for friends, family and for their own business promotions. We’re currently fulfilling an order for a job lot of pint glasses for a Queen’s Park Rangers fan! No two days are the same and that’s what makes the job interesting.”
